How do I restore my subscription?

Open Math Grid, go to Settings > Upgrade to Premium, then tap “Restore purchases” on the upgrade screen.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Math Grid > Cancel.

Is Online Battle safe for my child?

Yes. Online Battle is an optional, real-time race against a friend using a 6-digit room code. It shares only your child's first name and avatar to run the match, over an encrypted connection, and the room is deleted as soon as the match ends. There are no accounts, no chat, no ads, and no tracking.

How do I move my child's progress to a new device?

Backup & Restore (a Premium feature) lets you save a backup file and restore it on another device, from Settings > Backup & Restore. The backup stays private — it only leaves your device if you choose to share the file.

How do I delete my data?

You can remove individual profiles in the Profiles screen, reset all progress in the parent area (Settings > For parents), or uninstall the app to delete everything. All data is stored locally on your device.
